EFF T-Shirt Design Contest

Contest rules

1. Originality and Copyright:

Designs must be the contestant's own original work.
Designs should not include copyrighted images, text, or other elements.
Designs should not include trademarks, logos, or other protected elements of other organizations.
Designs should not include either verbal or visual profanity.
Designs should not have been previously published or used in another contest.

2. Design Specifications:

File Format: Designs must be submitted in a high-resolution digital format: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PNG (must be 300dpi or higher with transparent background) NOTE: Highly detailed images may lose some of their finer elements when converted for screen printing; super-fine lines and tiny details may not transfer well.
Size and Dimensions: Design should not exceed 11 inches in width and 15 inches in height (the maximum printable area), but do not need to fill that entire area.
Color Limits: Designs may be one or two colors.
Placement: The winning design will be printed on the front of the T-Shirt.
Message and Tone: The design should include the text “Easthampton Film Festival” but does not need to include the EFF logo or be directly related to a cinematic theme.

3. Eligibility:

Age: Submitters must be 18 or older.
Number of Entries: Contestants may submit up to 3 different designs.

Appeal
Overall Impact

5. Other Rules:

Submission Process: Contestants should submit their designs in an accepted format by email to contest@easthamptonfilmfestival.com or via Google Drive using the button below.
Timeline: Submissions open August 1st, 2025. Submissions must be received by August 31st, 2025 and the winner will be announced by September 15th, 2025.
Prizes: Winner will receive a T-Shirt featuring their design and an All-Access Pass to EFF 2026.
Rights and Usage: In order for their design to be used, contest winner(s) must sign a release granting the Easthampton Film Festival the right to use and reproduce their design.
